FASEB Fellows for the Future are expected to actively engage in all fellowship activities, including onboarding, completion of a leadership certificate program, bi-monthly mentor meetings, and participation in a two-day, in-person leadership retreat. In addition, Fellows are expected to regularly engage with society activities. Fellowship activities will span 12-months, starting in October 2024 – September 2025. 

 

Onboarding

 

• Completion of an onboarding survey (30 minutes)
• Participation in virtual onboarding session (60 minutes
• Completion of DiSC self-assessment & analysis (2 hours)

Fellowship

 

• Completion of University of Chicago Leadership Certificate Program (8-week curriculum, ~12-15 total hours)
• Monthly training webinars (four 90-minute sessions to build upon certificate program)
• Bi-monthly mentor meetings (6 hours)
• In-person leadership retreat (2 full days)
• Society engagement (1-2 hours/month)

Post-Fellowship

 

• Program assessment interviews (2 hours)
